There should be a "0" star rating for poorly managed locations like Enterprise on Watson Blvd. Worst experience in my 25+ years of renting cars. I called to make a reservation and was forced to provide a pickup time even though I didn't know what time I'd be there. HINT: When you make a reservation, make for 30 minutes from closing time so they can't give away your car. When I called for a ride to get my rental, I was told there were no vehicles available. When I asked for a manager, I was placed on a 7 minute hold and Cold transferred to reservations. Shannon e142sm in reservations wasn't a manager and claimed to have no manager. She spoke on a speakerphone (very unprofessional sounding for a business call) and you could hear messages coming in on her iPhone every few seconds. She was not empathetic, or attentive to the situation. She simply wanted me off her speakerphone so she could continue texting. When I am back in WR, I will be visiting the Watson Blvd location and have a sit down with manager about the unprofessional treatment I experienced with staff member.
Fantastic as usual. I will always use Enterprise. Josh is outstanding at customer service. The whole staff is friendly and professional. They treat you very well. Great cars and great prices. A+ Thank you all. Mrs. Betts.
An awesome place to rent cars from. 2016 Dodge Charger RT is my personal favorite!! The staff there is very friendly and the process of getting a rental does not take long at all. I recommend that everyone should give them a call.
Out of all my years of renting, this visit was the worse. I take care of everything online just as always so my vehicle can be ready. Well this particular visit, I had taken care of everything online as a rewards member and was pressed for time. Also spoke with them on the phone the day before rental pickup to stress the importance of having vehicle ready. Well when I get there, they are moving in slow motion. They say the system was down. My car was not ready and the clean up guy was really taking his time washing the vehicle. No one advised him to work in a way that would not have the customers waiting. I watched from the window as he took his lovely time cleaning the vehicle. This was the worse experience ever. And also, they asked for so many documents that I have not had to do in all the years of renting from Enterprise. This was awful indeed!!! They are always busy and seems to not have enough help. They were not too sympathetic of the almost 2 hours it took for me to get a car.
I've been renting from Enterprise for a number of years, and my experience is A1 EVERY TIME!!! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! The whole staff is like family!!
We love enterprise. Their employees are amazing and truly care about their customers especially military and their families.
I have been using Enterprise for years. However the customer service and attention to details that the crew on Watson Blvd.give is second to none. They are awesome. I love Ashley,Ebony,Justin and Joe. They make you feel welcome. They are the best crew in town.
The car was not cleaned inside and they tried to charge us for bump on the bumper!! We didn't know the bump was there and they wanted $400 for it!!! Never rent hear EVER!!
