I have used Couch Call on many occasions i never had a problem have them i used them for work and home i would normal receive my food 20 to 50 mintues depending on what time of day it is NEVER BEEN OVER AN HOUR. That is lies people is to dramatic my other people in my office building have used them and still uses them i love it i will continue to use them.
First, tax is supposed to be on state tax... So why is it I was taxed 1.35 on a 5 dollar meal? Next, why is everything so over price of the original prices? Then a delivery fee? So you screw us over on all the prices! My tumyum shouldn't be almost double in price! The tax shouldn't be so high... Besides convenience there's nothing good here
When I order for my daughter and friends I didn't know how fast the service was going to be and if my food would come them hot, but it did. I am very please with the service they provide.
I have used this service a couple of times and the customer service is horrendous. I've waited over 3 hours for my food on several occasions. I laughed when I read they charge a "low price." They deliberately jack up the price of menu items AND charge a $5 delivery fee. That kind of cost should warrant quicker service. An hour is reasonable.I've also tried calling the phone number listed only to receive an error message. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Love, love, love. I would definetely recommended using this services to anyone who asked. Recieved my food fast, fresh, and with a smile. I order through them quite often and they are always so polite and prompt. Keep up the great work Couch Call. This is definetely one of the greastest delivery services, of any kind, I have ever encountered. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
I have used Couch Call twice. The first time was outstanding! The food came within 30 minutes and it was hot. The second time, not so much. We waited for 3 hours for our delivery. We received the WRONG delivery 2 hours after ordering. We called to have them come back and pick the wrong order up, but they said they would just call the other customer to tell them there order was cancelled. Wow. Our food showed up over an hour later at 10 PM. Not acceptable. We paid Couch Call via PayPal and placed a claim for a refund. Someone named Debra Byrd, not sure what her role is with the business, sent me two e-mails after I filed a PayPal claim because our order arrived so late. Debra was REALLY upset with me. Here are a few direct quotes (misspelled words and all) "I know your food was no cold, we have hot and cold systems in are (our) vans." "NEVER USE ARE (OUR) SERVICE AGAIN." "Thank!!!" Don't worry, Couch Call. I won't use your service again.
Placed my order and followed the simple instructions. They call me back and say the restaurant ran out of ribs so I had to order something else. I got two different totals and she refunded me a dollar. She actually owed me $5.32. Obviously she couldn't figure out the difference. I will never order from them again.
Typical company only worried about making money and not customer service. They do not believe in the old saying that the customer is always right.
