Had technician come out a few weeks ago to fix our AGA gas oven. Not a great first impression but let him do his job and diagnose/fix the problem. He said he needed to order parts and left. However while working on the oven to figure out what was wrong, he caused a gas leak, and we needed PECO to come out emergenty, which led to the gas in our entire house to be turned off. I called Bob's to let them know there was a problem and ask the technician to call me to see what he actually did and he still HAS NOT CALLED. I have heard from no one at the company to follow up. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Completely unprofessional and caused a huge problem in our home.

I don't normally leave reviews, however I was very nervous trying to find someone to work on our fridge. There was just a lack of reviews out there. We were having problems with our Viking Refrigerator. They were very quick and knowledgeable. Cost to fix wasn't cheap, nor expensive... but very fair. Time from calling them to the problem being fixed was 2 hours. Would definitely recommend to others and (knock on wood) if we ever have a problem again, I wont hesitate to call them again.

tried to milk me for the cost of two service visits....instead of doing it right the fitst time personal was rude and short tempered do yourself a favor and call someone else...anyone else,if money matters
