They need to train there staff about how to treat customers, they are rude disrespectful and very cold to their customers.They never greet anyone that walks in and they have no people skills and they don`t even smile , what a shame.I did business with them back in September and was told that the items I brought was out of season. You are talking about Winter and Fall clothes and was told to come back in October which I did.They took half the clothes and complained that the others had no labels , I said to the girl that most of the clothes still has the store tags , her reply was they are out off season.They need a stylist who understand fashion and clothes. The manager off this store needs to take more interest in his business and his disgruntle staff. I was accustom doing business with Once Upon A Child in Long Island and never had a problem.

Bought a high chair there with a different brand tray, didn't notice until I went to use it, won't buy it back, can't return it, I'm out $40. Breaks apart clothing sets as they choose when you sell. All the teenagers there rolling their eyes at you and arguing about who's turn it is to ring up customers is ridiculous as well. Just for kids here I come! I thought this store was great at first, but after speaking to other moms, my opinion of it now, is shared. LAUGHING at me TWICE during our conversation. Apparently it is funny that you remove batteries from products your staff has no intention of buying. MULTIPLE moms from HUDSON VALLEY MOMS Facebook group have had this same experience. There are 2000 of us and at least 100 commented on my review of your store. We will not be shopping there, until there is an "under new management" sign. Arrogance, rudeness, and snotty attitudes are not those of a successful business. I originally reviewed this store with 5 stars, but you have gone severely downhill with both your products and your customer service. I will be sure to share this review on Angies List, Yelp, and Google review. Thank you for your pretentious attitude, Im sure it will win many customers over!
