our family visited the dealership 3 times prior we purchased our dream car, an evoque, there. each visit was pleasant, compared with what we experienced in the other dealership in Livermore where we felt that we were judged.
our sales rep, Ted, was very patient with us and he is knowledgeable of the inventory so that he was able to propose reasonable alternatives/options to address our needs.
also, my husband was amazed at the cool events that the dealership offered to range rover owners. we look forward to the next events to bring our dream car out and get trained to ride on the dirt trip :)
