Great way to improve - or start getting healthy! Quick too.

This is a great place to get fit. You won't find a lot of spandex here...there are a series of machines that target specific areas. Best of all there is a trainer at all times to set the weights and adjust the machines, time your work out and encourage you during those last 90 seconds when you think you just can't do one more rep.

You work on four to five machines each visit for about 5 minutes each. There are also optional cardio machines - tread mills, bicycle and elliptical. You can use those before or after the machines.

All the staff is great - they encourage you - gently - to do more. The workout can easily be done in your street clothes so it is easy to stop in going to or from work or even during lunch. I don't feel sweaty when I leave but my muscles know they've been worked big time. Weight is gradually added to the machines as you improve your fitness ability. I am getting shoulder and upper arm muscles for the first time and I can see the difference in the way clothes fit. No upper age limit - it really is great for those who want to improve core strength and balance so you don't get problems later on in life.
