        Overall

        My wife signed up for some reason for a year. She had second thoughts and could not get out of the contract. After paying the full year, she made the cancellation official. However, they continued billing her after she cancelled. We blocked the charge through our bank but they changed the amount to get the payment to get through. Very sneaky and unethical.
