They came into my yard and easement to add a line for my neighbor. They destroyed a portion of my yard and would not even get it to 50% of what it was originally. They would not replace the grass. If you have another choice consider what happened to me. Looking to take other steps to remedy

I have been doing business with this company for years. I put in 200 gallons on Nov. 15th and then ran out of gas unexpectedly on Dec. 23rd at 10:00 pm. I called 1st thing the next morning and was asked how much I needed, I told them to do the usual 200 gallons, and was told that they would not come out for that little and that I had to fill up and with the current price, that would be over $1,000.00, plus they said I had to pay the driver $100.00 cash for coming out because they felt since it was Christmas Eve that they should be given an additional $100.00 cash tip.....I then spoke to the owner and got the same message; however, said he would charge for 1/2 now and 1/2 later and would call me if he could get a driver out, so at that point, I wasn't even sure they could make it out, so I made other arrangements. Now, 4 hours later, Gary shows up at my house and puts propane in my tank and then proceeds to call me demanding his $100.00 cash tip. I told him that I didn't get a phone call notifing they could even make the delivery and if they had, I would make sure that someone was at the house because by law, they have to enter the house to check the pilots when the gas runs out. Gary had no intention on following procedure and checking the pilots, he only wanted his $100.00 cash tip. Gary then yelled at me "on Christmas Eve" demanding his money. The company also always calls me after they fill up and then I give them my credit card number over the phone, as well as leaves a receipt. This is due to not knowing exactly how many gallons I might need at the time.....this has been the usual routine for years. However, this time, they must have illegally stored my credit card from past purchases and used it to charge me for the entire purchase instead of splitting it over (2) payments. The card was charged before Gary even showed up to my house. I don't understand how businesses treat people this way when they know they have you backed into a corner when it's 30 degrees outside and you have no heat, so they know you have no choice. It's sad this company has become so deceitful with its business practices. I hope they realize they can't operate like this and need to reevaluate themselves. That might be why they don't have very many likes on FB compared to Amerigas with several thousands. Amerigas was very nice and professional about delivering to me without an extra charge or demanding $100.00 cash tip to the driver and shocked to hear that was the case.
