Heidi is a certified personal trainer and has been at Balance Fitness Walled Lake since we opened in January, 2006. She has been training for 14 years and was the former owner of a local gym. She has competed in state and national competitions winning overall titles during 2002 - 2004. Heidi focuses her attention on training both men and women who are looking to improve their overall fitness, strength training and nutrition. Barry is a certified personal trainer since 1992, specializing in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Fitness Assessment and Exercise Programming. He joined Balance Fitness shortly after we opened in May, 2006. Barry challenges himself as a trainer to keep his clients interested and focused on their goals. There is a real epidemic in our country of not exercising, staying fit and healthy. His clients learn how to make exercise fun, challenging and rewarding. His company, Forbes Fitness Inc., is dedicated to providing safe and effective fitness instruction. For more information on Barry, you can reach him at Will is a certified personal trainer and boot camp class instructor for 10 years and personally involved in competitive bodybuilding for 18 years. He joined Balance Fitness in May, 2007. Will enjoys working with people to help them achieve their fitness goals. Seeing his client's hard work and dedication pay off, is what keeps him passionate and motivated to always provide the best level of service and attention to detail. He also offers Boot Camp classes through Balance Fitness, which is a high impact, aggressive cardio and strength training class. Donna is also a certified Para-educator with the Oakland Schools as a fitness program teacher for special needs young adults. Donna is trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED equipment. In recent years, Donna has successfully participated in figure competitions. Donna is a motivator who focuses her training on a healthier lifestyle which includes both physical development and proper diet and nutrition. Her clients find that she enjoys working with them and that she is dedicated to making sure that they achieve their goals whether they are weight loss, toning, shaping, or strength training. Donna loves nothing better than to see her clients reach their goals. We have several independent trainers that can assist you in customizing a program that will assure your fitness goals are met!!
