Overall

That's ridiculous. I'm so tired of you people crying racism every time you don't get special treatment. Guess what, it's an Italian restaurant, I would expect to see Mediterranean people working there. If you want to be served by Hispanics go to Mexican restaurant. If you want blacks, go to Burger King. Did you can forget its a free country. They can hire who they want, and you don't have to eat there. I like it, the food is good and priced good. You need to stop expecting special treatment. You can't make someone like you, you have to earn that. And nobody likes a rude thug.

Overall
the food is great,

but the mangers are very racist when it comes to hiring people in there place of business.They should have more mixture of different cultures in their place of business. I think that it would set a great impression, or outlook, when customers come in to eat lunch or dinner, because that makes customers comfortable to eat in their restaurant, when customers recognize different cultures that are involved; because everyone deserves a chance. I feel that they should give their employees the very same respect as they do of their customers over all, the employees are people just like everyone else. I think that the mangers should also learn how to control their temper when they are around the customers, because that also leads to poor supervising standards. In addition to arguing with the employees, if the manger is having an disagreement with one of the employees, I think whatever the situation may have been, they could state the situation in a more respectful way, instead of making employees feel like their less of a person. Thank You !
