I had a few tricky questions for the people here, and they were quick and courteous with helping me understand my options! Good job Verizon!
My experience at this particular store was by far the WORST Customer service is non existent unless you're from the hood. The so called "representatives" were blatantly slow, extremely rude, and very immature. I honestly do not understand how a company would hire those kind of people to represent their brand. I went in for a simple repair request... I spent a total of an hour and a half waiting to be acknowledged, and spent a total of 3 minutes with a store associate to diagnose any problems with my phone. Thereafter I was insulted, laughed at and turned away. I calmly asked where I would be able to resolve my phone issue and the only answer I was given was "a repair center". I then left to another store located in the same Waldorf area for a straight answer, needless to say I was given the run around and sent to a different store an hour away from my home. I certainly will not be returning to either store nor would I recommend anyone who isn't hood related to shop there.
