These guys are very likely scammers. I attempted to place an order for an appliance they advertised via craigslist in DC area. They were unwilling to disclose where the equipment came from which I decided to overlook, then in order to place an order and book delivery and install they demanded that they first get payment source and took my credit card info (I am dummy who agreed to pass that info in a first place) and were unwilling to provide me with a delivery date (continuously claimed how delivery and install time is managed by their delivery crews which were out - one thing that simply made no sense!!!). When I requested that info by close of business day, the owner named Chris said we will issue you are refund because we don't want to do business with, out of the blue and hung up the line. Afterwards they avoided to pick up the phone, line was auto forwarded into vm system (this was around 4pm 11/17/17). I contacted my CC company and blocked the card to be safe, but these guys are shady and avoid them in a big circle because they are simply unprofessional to say the least!

Our current Maytag dryer was not drying clothes as of 09/28/2017. The Sears Technician was able to access problem and placed an order for two parts. He was proactive and scheduled the install date too. We contacted him when parts arrived and he returned to install parts on 10/10/2017. The Technician was very polite, professional and provided helpful tips too. The cost was reasonable. Thank you Sears for a job well done! The Collins Family!
I attempted to purchase a fridge from Yes we can appliances and it was an epic fail when it came to the delivery. The delivery was scheduled then cancelled due to rain. It stopped raining and I was called at 3pm to reschedule delivary within 1 hour. After 1 hour I called and text for ETA and no response. After 2.5 hours I text to reschedule to only be told that there was traffic. There was courtesy call. I was then told i need to pay for rescheduling. When I questioned this fee I was told I will be given a refund.
The service tech who services my refrigerator (0602342) is the same one who performs the pm every year. He is not only professional but extremely courteous. He takes great pride in his work and always covers my floors prior to removing any parts. The only issue he could not resolve was a design issue from the manufactor.
I made an appointment to get my LG washer repaired online and was given an appointment within a week. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem as the pump. He ordered the part, sold us a home warranty for a discount on the services and scheduled an appointment to come back 10 days later. One the second appointment a different technician arrived to identify a different problem (a rusted hose clamp). He ordered additional parts (charged us more money) and set a third appointment. He contacted the first technician via telephone to chastise him for the condition in which he left the washer. On the third appointment, the original technician returned. He put on the pump and the replacement hose and clamp, but left the rear panel off the machine. I called to complain about having to take off from work 3 times for washer repair and the job still not being complete. I could not imagine continuing to pay monthly for a home warranty with this type of service. The technician did attempt to return after 6:00 pm to put on the panel, but having lost all faith in the capabilities of the technician, I declined to have him return to my home. I also cancelled the home warranty.
I called Sears to repair a dishwasher which is covered under a maintenance contract. The earliest appointment was three weeks down the road. The tech arrived, cleaned the trap in the dishwasher and replaced the control module. Ran a quick check and went on his way.The dishwasher would not complete the cleaning cycle before he came and still didn't complete the cleaning cycle after he departed. Very disappointed!I called Sears back and explained the problem - the earliest appointment I could get this time was 10 days away.I am very unhappy about having to wait, now, for over a month for a repair under a warranty for which I paid - for a machine which still doesn't work.I don't see paying good money for a warranty with such poor service again.
We have used Yes We Can for several appliance purchases over a few years. Chris - the owner - is a really great and honest guy. He sells used as well as new appliances that have retail stores will not sell for cosmetic reasons. We got a gorgeous new stainless French door fridge at a tremendous discount simply because it was scratched by the manufacturer en route to it's original store. Big score for us - you can hardly notice the imperfection and we got a new fridge at a fantastic price. We've also had Chris and his team come to our home to do repairs and have always been impressed with his professionalism. A+!

Very happy with the service and support. Our technician stayed in contact to give me an accurate arrival eta. He also was able to diagnose and repair the problem in the same trip.
Called Sears appliance service to fix our Samsung front load washer. Since the washer is a stack unit combo (drier on top of washer) it took a couple of visits to get the 2 service techs required to move the units. The washer repair took 30 minutes (replaced the water drain pump). The Tech was very knowledgeable and mentioned that I qualified for a 1 year warranty and that he would be sending the paperwork over email but I'm still waiting, kinda disappointed about that, otherwise great service.
