        Overall

        MCS has been managing our computer network for just over 6 months now and we’ve seen a decrease in downtime, less headaches and more productivity! Our business has 14 computers and a server, I don’t know enough about computers to do all the work myself. We hired Maryland Computer Service to manage our computers remotely and provide technical support when needed, the results have been fantastic. Over all I would highly recommend Maryland Computer Service for any of your business technical/computer needs. They provide great support at a fair price!

        Overall

        I was on a deadline when, naturally, a virus blocked me from using my computer. All I knew was that when I went to log in a, (obviously), fake FBI logo appeared saying something about pirating and to send money to get my desktop back. I called MCS and after walking me through a few things they were able to take over and fix my computer remotely….they didn’t even have to come out, I was up and running in 20 minutes and far less stressed!
