Excellent service. Shirts are done very professionally, collars are cleaned and pressed nicely. What they do exceptionally well is that they make sure all the shirt collars are folded nicely at the crease so my tie doesn't show. Everything is always finished on time or earlier. Highly recommend.
They are my favorite dry cleaners. Each time I walk in, Mike greets me with a big smile. He is very meticulous when he checks in my clothes and not just stuff it in the bag like a lot of other places. My order is always on time and in super condition. I would highly recommend everyone to try them out!
In October I brought 3 purses into the Waldorf, Maryland PURE Cleaners (also called Festival Cleaners) in the Festival Way Shopping Center just next to the Family Dollar in Waldorf, Maryland. They advertise that they clean leather, suede and specifically handbags so I brought in 2 COACH bags and a MICHAEL KORS. The cost was $75 per bag and I was assured that each bag would come back “just like new”. The first COACH looked like it was washed in the washing machine, but overall no damage. The white MICHAEL KORS is now PINK! Clearly whoever is cleaning these purses didn’t know what they were doing because by the time my other COACH bag was returned to me it was damaged beyond repair (see pictures). After two long conversations with the owner about the value of each bag that was damaged we came to what I thought was a fair amount to be refunded to me. When I came in to pick up the refund check, it was $100 less, SO I DIDN’T TAKE THE CHECK. I called the owner and I was met with disregard about the original agreement and told that I wouldn’t get my refund unless I signed an agreement to “not let anyone know about this incident or the settlement that was offered to me on the internet or social media”. It wasn’t until after that conversation that I realized the whole reason I was being given anything was to avoid a bad review on the internet??? If I had seen a review that told of the bad business this place does I would still have my bag in tact. But as much as I deserved the amount I agreed to and then some for the $800 worth of designer bags that were ruined, I couldn’t let anyone else be taken advantage of like how I had been, so I am posting my story hoping this helps people avoid having their belongings getting ruined or possibly not being compensated fairly when this cleaners negligently handles them.
The Asian woman who owns the laundromat is unprofessional and ONLY concerned about making money. I put two quarters in a dryer that was not getting hot, and when I informed this woman about the dryer not getting hot, she went to the back to do something to make the dryer get hot. She then put one quarter in the dryer and when I told her that I had put two quarters in the dryer, she started yelling at me and complained to other patrons about what I stated about the two quarters. Bottom line, she should have put two quarters in the dryer, not one. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this laundromat and I wish I could give this laundromat zero stars but this site won't allow me. The saying the customer is always right has gone out the window. It's a shame when foreigners come to this country and get rich off of mainly the minorities who patronize them and they treat you like Sh**!
Bugs everywhere ! Machines may have mold, not sure. Something smells in them.Had to rewash all clothes.
Can not give any stars, should have never dropped my shirts to be pressed.....when I arrived there was a gentleman outside the open door smoking? Thought it would not affect the clothing inside, but I was wrong and that was just the first omen. Should not have dropped my 3 cotton shirts to be pressed and 1 of them needed a simple alteration, since the seamstress was not there he said she would call if there was a problem. Never got a call. So was when I went to collect my items on a Friday afternoon at 1:30, the door was locked and no one came to the door when I knocked.....second clue? Returned a couple hours later to collect my 3 cotton blouses that I had pressed and 1 was to be altered, he said she could not alter, but they pressed anyway....? He said she called, no she did not...3rd and 4th reason they should not be used. Cost for 3 ladies cotton blouses to be pressed only $13.95! Reason #5 I will never patron them again, then there is the fact that my blouse has still not been altered and yet it has been pressed? Knuckleheads! Poor service, poor quality and now my shirts smell like smoke?Does not deserve a single star, but won't let me post without it!
Typically, I don’t take the time to write positive or negative reviews; however, after my wife’s experience today I am going to make the exception due to the horrible experience and unprofessionalism of the Eagle Cleaners located at 187 St Patricks Dr, Waldorf, MD. My wife has been utilizing their service for the past couple of years to have my business attire dry cleaned. Over the last six months I have noticed a dramatic decrease in quality of their dry cleaning service and I have experienced the following issues: tears in my dress shirts, shirts that had been dry cleaned but had not been washed first thus setting in stains, and rust/black marks ending up on my white shirts. After I requested that my wife inspect the dry cleaning the next time she picked up my cloths to point out the issues, Eagle Cleaners were unprofessional, could not understand why she was complaining, and made it clear that they really didn’t care about their customers concerns. It appears to me the only way to have them resolve these issues with their quality is to make them care about their customer concerns. Therefore, my only recourse is to stop doing business with them and encourage other to not procure their services.
