My experience with the Enterprise Waldorf Team was beyond exceptional. The staff took very special care to explained the rental process to me, even though I was concern about the reason that lead me to needing a rental. The team reminded me that it could have been worst, but you are here, you are not injured and your car is getting repaired. Because of their genuine concern, it brightens my outlook, and I was confident that the repairs will be done well with no additional issues to follow. I really thank them for going over and above the customer service experience.
