Massage

Deep Tissue Massage
Cranio-Sacral therapy was recommended and although Linda integrates it with other techniques, her work is very different than a traditional deep tissue massage. I hadn’t thought much about it until I noticed about 4 days after my first session that at that moment ‘I had no pain!!!’ I have not been able to make that statement in the last 10 years. I am not saying I have been completely pain free from then on, I wasn’t. I continue to see her regularly and she continues to help keep my pain level to a minimum. Since I have seen her I had been able to reduce my pain medicine by over 50%. My doctor was very pleased when I asked to reduce the amount of my pain medicine.
