        Overall

        We called this company around to look at a noisy power venter in our basement. They told us that is was not repairable and that they could replace it for $730 + tax + labor (which they estimated to be 1 to 1,5 hours). They came the next day and did at best a mediocre job. The guy was there for 4 hours as he was "reading the wrong diagram". When they left, you could feel the vibration from the fan all through the house so it had clearly not been fitted correctly. In addition, the backflow damper had been reused from the previous installation which was 20 years old and now did not work at all. When we phoned to request someone fix the issues we were shouted and sworn at by the owner of the company, however, the did send someone round and both issues were fixed. When we got the bill it was clear we had been overcharged significantly. We again phoned the company where my wife was again abused over the phone.



        Please be warned about dealing with this unprofessional company.
