Time and time again Car Audio & Security goes above and beyond in quality, professionalism, and knowledge. I have used them for 7+ years and always left a happy customer. Last week was no different. I took my 05 Honda Odyssey in to have HID headlights installed and asked them if they could also make my fog lights act as daytime running lights as my model did not have that option. The fog lights come stock only being able to turn on when the low beam head lights are on. I wanted to turn them on whenever I wanted to. When I first bought this van in 2005 I asked the head of service for Honda if they could do this for me and after an hour of consulting with thier top mechanics they told me it was not a possibility because the switch for the fog lights was mounted on the light switch stem coming from the steering column. Leaving very disapointed to learn this I consulted another electronic store to hear the same outcome. I gave up and didn't think about it till the HID installation. I decided to ask one final time if this was possible and was immediatly answered with YES. Not maybe but absolutly yes. I was shocked to heat this and sceptical of the outcome being possible since so many prior attemps failed. 2 hours later I had fully funcional fog lights at my command. All I can say is ""AWSOME"", and the HID lights turned out awsome as well. I recomend Cat Audio & Security to anyone who wants a quality job done wright the first time and they even throw in a friendly smile at no extra charge. Thank you guys for being the best!!!

Last week I took my car to C.A.R. of Wake Forest with a damaged satellite radio wire. This wire was originally installed by C.A.R. over two years ago. It may have been damaged during repairs I had to the car recently. However, no questions asked...C.A.R. replaced the wire AT NO CHARGE and re-located the antenna (and wire) so that this damage would not occur again. VERY FAIR on their part. I will bring all my future car/audio work to them and highly recommend Car Audio and Security of Wake Forest.

I had a very difficult and frustrating experience with a faulty alarm. I admit I was not the best customer and there were plenty of times Car Audio could of made me feel like an a** but they didn't. Along the way I also had issues with my door lock. Car Audio fixed everything. I would recommend Car Audio they went above and beyond and their customer service is superior. Much thanks to Mike and the crew!! I will most definitely be sending customers your way.

I had the folks at Car Audio & Security do a fairly complicated install with a Pioneer F-90BT in a new Avalanche and they did a great job, and did it quickly. They spent time understanding what I wanted (I am particular) and then did what I asked. Then they spent some time giving me an overview of how the system worked.

This is the best shop I've found for knowledge on the Pioneer in-dash Nav systems yet. I recommend them. Don't dare go to one of the Retail Electronics Shops...

Thanks team CAR audio !! I love my nav unit and new speakers. Everybody is so helpful, they treated me like I am family. They always have the right answers and even kept me from spending more than I needed to on stuff I didn't want. The owners listened to my needs and did not try to over sell more expensive products/services. I know I got the best quality, service, and price around !!

I am a parts advisor for KIA and I highly reccomend sending cars to these guys because they know what there doing !! So many times I have gone to a automotive audio store and leave with mistakes. Not with these guys There also the only Bussiness I know of where the owners are there and don't make you feel like just another person ! They treat Me and all of my customers like they've known them for years. The quality of these guys work is unbelievable !! I in fact was so impressed with there work that I had them install some things on my own vechicle !!! Hands down the BEST place to go

Would love to have the opportunity to know what we didn't do to impress the customer. Since he didn't state specifically I can't respond to that. Customer states he wasn't impressed with us installing his speakers and radio or the price. There's not a whole lot impressive about installing a radio and speakers. As far as gregman12, he is a customer of ours and knows its a lady in the first review because we have responded to her review on another website and we knew who the customer was. He is quite legitimate and I believe it's rediculous you think we have so much time to pump up our store. He wanted to help us out because she gave such a rediculous review...somehow we ruined her transmission by installing a dashmount satellite radio. Not only that he gave us 3 stars for an excellent review...I would have done better than that.

I wasn't impressed with their workmanship and the price when they installed my car stereo and speakers. Staff was Mediocre at best! I should have read the reviews prior to going there, though. I question gregman12's review. One---how was gregman12 able to conclude what hart1970's gender is UNLESS gregman12 worked at Car Audio? Are they trying to improve their overall rating by mischievously giving a positive review? Two---if Car Audio is #1 why did gregman12 rate them with three stars? Next time don't be in a rush to give yourself a positive review to counteract a negative one and forget to give yourself 4 stars! Something is amiss here but, I already knew that from my own experience.

I had already priced out stuff at another store. I wanted mobile video, new speakers, sub, amp etc. Their product, which is all on usable display sounded and looked better and their prices were competitive. These people definitely knew there stuff and I can say this because I did it myself years ago. I love my audio system now. My wife thought it was rediculous to spend that kind of money on a stereo but now she loves it and enjoys listening to her music when she drive my car. I would definitely recommend this place.
Store looks great and clean and if I had to send my wife I wouldn't worry about her feeling uncomfortable.

Had a great experience. Staff was very informative and gave me many choices. Bought a bunch of JL stuff and they did a beautiful install. Love it.

this lady has no clue what she is talking about. Car audio has been are family the last couple months. Not only have the worked on all of my familys car's. They know what they are talking about when u ask them. You will never go into car audio and ask a question that they will not know the answer to. We have had over $15,000 worth of work done there, and will continue to have more done. Car audio is the place to go, if u want good customer service and work done correctly. I have had work done at Creative Acoustics and had to bring my car to car audio, to get everything fixed that the have done wrong. Not one thing has gone once since car audio has taken care my car.

Took my Mustang in for a simple Sirius install. $155 later and two hours later I get back the car and it starts stalling. They'd reinstalled my shifter on backwards. I had to take it to the Ford dealership to fix -- they almost ruined my transmission PLUS they'd unplugged the fan for my heat and a/c, which had to be reattached. And get this...no FM modulator...$155 and all they did was mount the receiver and hide the wires. Avoid!!!!
