Horizon is a great business. They're always improving and you can tell. Their new building is really nice and the owner is very generous.

As a customer, I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in the treatment that I received from this company. This company was tasked to deliver a vehicle to me that I purchased for my trucking company. The dealer was the one that contracted with them to deliver it. I was told on a Tuesday morning that the vehicle would be departing their lot in Indiana and en route to me in Seattle for a Saturday delivery (4 days). The driver called me at 1000 pm that night to inform me that she was about to start driving. Their was no other communication from the driver or any representative of Horizon after that point. At 3pm on Saturday I called the driver to nask what time I should be expecting the arrival and then is when she informed me that she wasn't going to be here with it till Monday. I asked why and was told that she isn't at liberty to discuss it with me and that I should have had a call from horizon to tell me why it was delayed, except I never got that call from anyone. I tried calling horizon bui because it was the weekend, no one was able to answer my questions. First thing Monday morning I call again and after being transferred to 4 different representatives, I was told that the delay was due to a dead battery at the point of origination (2 day delay for a dead battery?) I the n asked why no one called me and was given no explanation. at this point I'm beyond upset, but even still, the truck Is going to be here sometime today. at 2 pm on Monday I try to contact the driver to see if I can establish an ETA and was unable to make contact with the driver. (because I am running a business after all and don't have all day to hang around on standby waiting on a truck that may or may not make it here) I then at 4 pm call horizon and start going through the same process of being transferred around the phone tree only to be told that no one knows where the driver is or when she is going to be here and that her phone must be off. To ice this cake of a story, it is now 830 pm on Monday and I am still waiting for both sn ETA and have still not received one call from horizon. This is my first negative review of a company, ever!! As an owner of 2 successful business' I choose not to write negative reviews, but as far as im concerned, Horizon isn't in the market of customer service, and once they have your payment, they couldn't care less I have never been treated so poorly. I am simultaneously creating a complaint with the BBB about this issue. and have already contacted law enforcement about my missing vehicle. (In one hour, it will be 6 days that they've took to drive from Indiana to Washington, which at a slow pace is only a 3 day trip)

Company would be better if the owner would start paying proper wages for transporting expensive motorhomes, it's nice if a person lives on the road, but not if one has bills to pay. Owner cuts fuel surcharges and calls it good buisness, if another tries to do the same thing police call it a felony

This is a really fine Company to lease with.I leased on with my 2005 Ford F350 to transport New Campers From Wakarusa.Indiana to Dealerships all over the United States and Canada.Saw some wonderfull country,had a lot of fun hauling the campers.Had to retire.Wonderfull experince.
