The studio has a raised "sprung" floor that “gives” with your weight. Helping protect knees and ankles and the rest of your body from injuries. Students enjoy air-conditioning and FLOOR-TO-CEILING mirrors. There is plenty of free parking. ZUMBA - cardio party • Monday & wednesday AT 5:30 P. M. • Friday & Sunday AT 8:30 A. M. ZUMBA toning- interval training with light weights • Tuesday and Thursday AT 8:30 A. M. And 5:30 P. M. • Saturday AT 8:30 A. M. Cost December classes are $5 on a drop in basis. Increasing to $7 January 1.2014. YOU MAY purchase a convenient discount punch card for ZUMBA classes and save BIG.
