This is interesting reading the last comment. Christie could use people skills training. After speaking with the owner Jen I did not feel that there was anything that was going to change. Respect was lacking in the communication of how many sessions I had remaining. I was told incorrectly and put in a bed that that should have cost more. Bottom line I was instructed incorrectly but there were no apologies only an attitude that was hostile.Suggestion: Smile, take your time and clarify what the customer did not know or was told incorrectly by the salons staff and be polite. Period.
Staff is rude. Christie behaves like a spoiled teen. But she's not young enough to justify. And they have weird signs over their trash cans saying that the trash cans aren't toilets. I understand now. I'd never think of doing that but clearly some people have left presents for the rude clerks. Eww!! not worth it. ����
NOT HAPPY! Bought a tanning package here and NOW they are CLOSED!? NO REFUND, NOTHING! Didnt even mention ANYTHING about closing. >: [
Rude, Overpriced, told me to clean my own bed.... The employees are very nasty and disrespectful. It's a waste of money and personally it's not worth my time...
