drove 1100+miles to pick up our Denali we found over the internet. They said it was ""PEARL WHITE"" WRONGGGG- summitt WHITE BIG DIFFERENCE. They said it had 22inch wheels WRONGGG AGAIN only 20inch wheels. Rod would not take the time to even show us the SUV, just handed me the keys and said here u gooo. I asked if he would have someone with a screwdriver attach the license plate and he did but only with his hands.......THE License plate WAS barely hanging on 115 miles later when I stopped......HOW WAS IT SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE 1100+miles trip home???? The fan belt is going out of it after only driving it 115 miles.............and the center console is all BROKEN UP and the vehicle wasn't even DETAILED.....black marks and filth all over the vehicle.......the only thing I could tell was done was vaccuuming....and that is NOT the only work it takes to be considered ""DETAILED!!!!!""
AND it was on EMPTY! U would think that after spending $49,000+++ on a 1 yr old SUV, it would have atleast had some GAS in it!
My husband and I have purchased several vehicles and have NEVER been treated sooo rudely. THere wasn't even A THANK YOU!
Avoid this shady dealer. They lost their Chrysler Dodge Jeep franchise for good reason; they're now known as Axelrod Auto Outlet. Their sales manager will deliberately misrepresent the mechanical condition of a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from them and the sales manager stated in writing (in an email) that they conducted a safety inspection of the vehicle and that the brakes were at 50%. Upon registering the vehicle in PA and completing the mandatory vehicle inspection, the rear brake pads were completely gone and the rotors were severely grooved. This cost me an additional $200. When I contacted Axelrod about this they basically said "Tough luck." Go elsewhere to buy a vehicle.
All of our vehicles are safety inspected by our service dept and we are made aware of any repairs that need done. This car was cleared by our service dept. Unfortunately this customer lived out of our area and was not willing to bring the car back to me to inspect the rear breaks and repair if needed. He wanted me to send him a check for the repair he did. Our policy is all work must be done at our dealership by are mechanics
