Pho Cafe Saigon

although it's a little ways out toward China Spring they serve really good Pho, but they were a little skimpy on the vegetables. Very reasonable prices.

Pho Saigon Cafe is this little of heaven tucked into a small room but full of great flavors.



First time I ate there, I had the traditional pho with all white chicken = very full of wonderful succulent flavor. Also had the Imperial Rolls! Delicious!



Tonight, my second time there, I switched and had the beef pho....Imperial rolls

a MUST! YUM!



I also saw other dishes and I will be back and I will share that this place is worth the trip down China Spring Highway!
