Affordable Dentures & Implants

On 1/13/15, I went to this dentist. My teeth had began to crack on my top of my mouth so I had him pull them and got a denture for the top of my mount. I advs them that I was paying cash and would file the claim with Delta Dental through AARP for a refund. They charged my $2245 that day and I then submitted to Delta. I received a patient refund through Dr Patel for $475 and my name was spelled wrong on the check. I contacted delta, they advs they paid $475 to the dentist and my portion was to be $1284, which means they overcharged me by $961. I then contacted them about the name on the refund check and to refund me the $961. Tonya at the office tried to say they thought i was a cash patient and that they do not refund overcharges. I advs that they knew I was filling insurance and I was due a refund. She advs she will give the info to Dr Patel when he gets back to office but no guarantess. I advs I will notify Delta of the overcharge and file in small claims court if necessary to get my money back.
