I highly recommend Advanced Automotive for anyone in town that has a BMW. My BMW 535i had been in and out of other shops for 2 months after a wreck and Advanced Automotive is the only company that seemed to have not only an urgency in getting my car back to me, but fix it correctly the first time, and then check it over and fix everything else that was wrong with it (pre-accident). Sam was incredibly awesome when it came to answering all of my many questions. They even worked with my aftermarket warranty. If I could give Sam and Advanced Automotive a higher rating than 5 stars I certainly would. They raise the bar in customer service and I am happy that as a BMW owner in Waco with no Dealership here that I have an alternative for my car. I will return to AA with all of my vehicles in the future. Thank you Sam and the staff at AA for all you did for me and getting me back in my car with the time restrictions I was under.

Absolutely disgusted with Advanced Automotive! We took our Jetta to these "master" mechanics to have the glow plugs and drive train repaired. 2 months and $6,000 later we get the car back and the battery is being drained by the radio and won't stay charged, or so says the "master" mechanic. Jacks stereo found nothing wrong with the radio and that was never an issue before we sent it there. Advanced said there was nothing else they could do and sent us on our way, guess we will have to purchase a jump kit and jump the car off every time we want to drive it. Thanks for nothing Advanced Automotive! I would trust a shade tree mechanic over the "master mechanics any day!!

The best, most professional and honest service I've found in Central Texas. After dealing with several other mechanics in town who tried to rip me off (especially with finding imaginary problems on my 2001 Jag), I was blessed to stumble across these fine, friendly HONEST people.
