I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE SINCE I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE. THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT NO COMPLAINT THERE BUT WHEN I SIGNED MY PAPERS AND SPOKE TO THE FINANCIAL PERSON (JUAN GONZALEZ)HE PAINTED THE PICTURE AS IF I HAD A WARRANTY THAT Was COVERED BY DODGE NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR A EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT WOULD TAG ON AN EXTRA 2500.00 WHEN I DID GET MY PAPERS IN THE MAIL ..AND NO HE DIDNT GIVE ME ANY WHEN I LEFT EXCEPT FOR THE INSURANCE AND MY PAPER TAGS I THEN NOTICED THE PRICE INCREASE AND I RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE...HE TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE ASKED IN MORE DETAIL IM NOT THINKING A DEALERSHIP OF THIS SIZE WOULD BE IN THE BUSINESS OF SCAMMING PEOPLE. THEN HE HAD THE NERVE TO LAUGH IN MY FACE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS SO UN PROFESSIONAL AND WHEN I ASKED TO HAVE IT REMOVE HE TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY TO HAVE IT REMOVED..THE SAME COMPANY I HAD NO CLUE I WAS INVOLVED WITH..AFTER I BECAME UPSET HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE HIS OFFICE..RUDE WHEN I HAD ALL RIGHTSTO BE UPSET. HE EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME "YOUHAVE GAP TOO DID YOU KNOW THAT?" HE WAS SO RUDE...WELL THE WARRANTY WAS LEFT ON THERE BECAUSE IT WAS A HASSLE TO REMOVE IT. GOT THE CAR HOME AND AFTER FEW WEEKS THE SENSORS CAME ON ON ALL FOUR TIRES HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACE CALLED IN FOR SERVICE AND SPOKE TO ADRIAN WONG...THE DAY BEFORE THAT I HAD CALLED SERVICE AND LEFT 3 MESSAGES AND DIDNT RECEIVE A CALL BACK. GREAT SERVICE RIGHT.?. WRONG!!!! WELL I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE WITH ADRIAN WONG AND HE WAS SO BLATANTLY RUDE AS WELL...HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT ME CALLING THE DAY BEFORE AND THAT I COULD DROP THE CAR OFF BUT IT WOULD BE 3 DAYS TIL I COULD GET A DIAGNOSTIC AND I COULDNT GET A RENTAL WITHOUT A DIAGNOSTIC..HE ALSO TOLD ME THATI NEEDED TO MAKE NOTES AS TO WHO I SPEAK TO BECAUSE THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND HE COULD DEAL WITH ISSUES OF THE DAY HE WAS IN NOT DAYS BEFORE...ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND HE LAUGHED AND ASKED ME WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS...THESE PEOPLE THEY HAVE AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY LAUGH IN YOUR FACE AND MAKE YOU SEEM AS IF YOU'RE THE PROBLEM SARCASM IS NOT NEEDED IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS WHERE HARD EARNED MONEY IS BEING SPENT. IM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN APOLOGY OR CALL BACK.

I came to this shop because I had mistakenly watched some YouTube videos and thought I could tint my tail lights by myself. Don’t make hay mistake. This shop is hands down the best - from the skill they display to the customer service you receive. Ron, the owner and manager is accommodating and knowledgeable. I trusted him and his shop, and they exceeded my expectations. My lights came out beautifully and my only regret is not coming here in the first place. They are fairly new, but don’t assume they lack experience. They do pretty much anything custom, have lots of choices in anything you might want, from rims to wrapping your car. And they finance!! Their prices may seem high to some, but you absolutely get what you pay for. My experience was noteworthy, they took their time to make sure it was all done right, and I encourage any and everyone to check them out! The shop is clean and comfortable!

Went a Saturday to look at the Tundras and there was a Nice Cement Trd Pro they were asking 49k a little overpriced but I though it was negociable walked around the truck look at it and there were 2 salesperson that never asked to show us the truck or anything we spend like 2 hours walking from the Pro to used and new Trucks never got anyone asking if we needed help so I have to leave to run some errands, got a call next Monday from them that they were giving specials because of Harvey I I explained them what happened Saturday and they were like come back we will try to get you a good deal on the truck ended up making an appointment with Morris, when we get there Morris was not around so they give us another salesperson, he wasn't really helpful at all to be honest, they came out with a 53k sticker price on the same truck since they added some stupid fender flares and a bed cover to the truck have us waiting more than 1 hour to come out with this BS anyways I didn't likes any of the accessories they added because honestly for my taste the truck looked stupid fender flares were not even paint matched and they jumped the price to the sky, anyways I told them that I can't pay that much for some accessories that were not there when I first saw the truck and that I didn't need or liked, salesman when and explained that to the manager and he say they were not willing to work on the price, so I make my last offer of pay the first sticker price and put 10k down and ill take the truck the same day we were called to the managers office and I told him that i was willing to pay the first sticker price of 49k and put 10k down and take the truck the same day, this gentleman laugh and reply not even if you buy the truck cash I will work on the price,this is the 3rd and last time I have bad experience with this Dealer, taking my bussines somewhere elseAnd yes Fred Haas Toyota Country I know what a TRD Pro is, Not the first Pro I get! and I have never pay sticker price in any of the 5 vehicles I bough before and is so sad that you take advantage of the people that don't know that fender flares or bedcovers are not worth 2k+ on price
