My flight came in super late and DOTS was still there!
DOTS has really stepped up their game in the last year, introducing newer, wi-fi equipped, busses -- making for a comfortable ride. Always on time and always willing to work with my changing schedule!
I too had a very bad experience with Dots-specifically the front desk manager-(not sure he was the manager). I made a reservation to go Orlando Airport. I got their early , as requested, and the front desk guy said they overbooked and their was no room for me on the bus. My ride had left, I was stranded-no ride home and more importantly, no ride to the airport. Front desk guy said "Sorry, nothing I can do about it" then added this always happens on the airlines. I was just standing there in shock when the driver asked me if he could help me-I said I guess not and told him the story. He said we will get you on the bus even if we have to put you on a stool. Thanks to the nice busdriver I had a regular seat and nice ride to the airport. My experience with the front desk guy was SO unprofessional-how does Dots allow him to represent their company!!!??? I hope no one ever has to experience what I did! My suggestion would be to try other means of transportation first before relying on Dots to transport you to the airport! Reliability should never be included in a description of Dots!
