HORRIBLE SERVICE ... WORSE OWNER

Do NOT use this service. The owner is an arrogant scumbag. Any complaints about service are met with threats or glares from his seedy staff.

Horrible they are less for a reason

A zero is what I would rate them!! Very unethical co..I ordered it over the phone for a crew I had renovating my home..I was never told that if the driver could not access the unit due to there hoses only being 20 ft that I would have to pay an additional $25 fee..for something I only paid $75 for the whole month..The driver too failed to tell us this otherwise we would have placed it more convenient so he could all he said was just give me a call back anytime I will take care of it!! Even after we asked if there would be any consequences to coming back..I decided to find another co..instead after my rental ended..this was on 9/20/10 they were supposed to pick it up no one showed up..called told oh driver was in accidentby Kelly..emailed them the next day there supervisor Marty..said oh we will pick it up next day..nothing!! Called today spoke with Leilani said oh they were so busy & will pick up today..the unit smells bad & is a hazardous waste situation to say the least..they stated they had over 80 disclosures but failed to quote me one over the phone I did not sign a contract I did the order over the phone..Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else..Paid more & went with Spanky's instead..

Dear Susan Atooli Casas, Again, Rosie's Rentals has offered our deepest regrets in your experience with us. However, when making a public complaint without including all the facts is an unfair advantage. As for the access to the unit, it is typical in the industry that there needs to be a clear path to the unit. We placed the unit exactly where you wanted it. After that, you began the work without considering the fact that the unit would need to be serviced. Piling equipment and materials all around the vicinity of the unit was not out doing. When the driver came to service it, the gentleman supervising told us we would just have to come back, unfortunately that is not how it is typically done. If we must make a special trip back to a site for circumstances out of our control there of course is going to be an extra charge, this is consistant with most all portable sanitation companies. We do not have what you mention being 80 disclosures. I recommend to anyone who has not had a particular specialty service performed at their home or place of business ask as many questions possible. If you call around to any other poratble sanitation company they do not go over any extra charges that you may incur unless asked. We offer free delivery and removal includes a 1X a week service for a competatvie rate. As for the removal, I again have apologized for the delay a number of times. We have a great reputation! We are not perfect but when given the opportunity we alway remedy the situation whenever a customer is un-happy. You were not willing to allow us to make any effort to do so. Again, I am sorry Rosie's was unable to fulfill your expectations. Most Respectfully,
