Always had a good experience w iguys. Loyal customer for 4 yrs. they go betting measures to help with any issues ou have or any concerns. Really recommend them
Tricked us into purchasing a new SIM card when it actually turned out to be a nationwide outage. I'm not 100%, but I believe that falls under extortion by fraud.
These guys have no clue how to fix any cell phone related issues. Horrible customer service. They all believe and openly say they are the owner of the store. I went in originally to fix my cracked screen, they put cheap deffective screens on all phone that go bad within a month or so. The first one fried my motherboard and they replaced it with a Verizon motherboard for an att phone. I continued to have screen issues. The replaced the screen a total of 3 times. As of now the phone is not in working condition. The screen is not fully functional, it has dead spots as well as a motherboard that does as it pleases. I paid 800 for this phone new, then 125 for these guys to ruin it. The worst thing is each associate tells you something different when they view you're device. One said my warranty wouldn't cover it. Another said he could only glue the screen nothing else because they've worked on my phone to much, maybe fix the problems!! In the end these guys are jokes and can't fix anything. Never go to these clowns. I should've waited and went to go screenworks in Clovis. Yes the price is higher but that's because they know what they're doing and arnt trying to milk money from customers. I guys, more like I don't know what I'm doing.
WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO TO! Don't waste your time and money! Asked if they could fix my battery. They told me It wasn't the battery it was something else. I let them fix it, it cost $35. He retunred my phone and it still wasn't working. I went back to complain he said it was the battery. They just want to take your money. TRUST ME!!
Finally found my phone store I've been all over Visalia all phones stores including the mall were quite expensive. I went to this place and its was 3* times lower, and to top it off the service was fast 25 min tops! Thank you "I guys"��������
I went to this place and got a screen replaced went out like 2 weeks later!ive heard about China parts I guess it's true!he tried saying it was cause I dropped it again .he wanted to charge again..thanks for taking my money tho
People don't blame this place for your messed up out dated phones. I've been to this place many times they jeep it 100%with all customers ..I've seen people get mad cause of parts no being in on time, and I've also seen how old there phones really are.sp parts they don't even make anymore,so don't blame this honest guy at I guys for your old phone.. They actually have great parts I looked em up before I bought em there from America not from some other country. The mall guy parts are all generic from China.i also went there recently my phone started acting funny like lil glitches and I opened it myself like 10screws were literally missing..
This store may be OK, but AT&T is a terrible company to do business with. Once they get you it's almost impossible to get separated again. Also their contracts are sleazy. Also their billing procedures leave a lot to be desired. The spam they send to my snail mail box goes directly in the trash.
I'm not one to write reviews but these guys replaced my iPad screen which I thought did a good job, till my screen cracked again took it to a different guy je found so much stuff wrong and missing pieces, my coworker also had a bad experience with them when he found out he was missing screws in his phone. Never go to them wish I could find my recipe to get my $ back.
My husband dropped off my Samsung Note 2 wks ago to repair the screen. They initially told him that it would take 3 days for shipping and 30 minutes to install. A few days later, after no call or update, my husband called them to get a status for the repair, because after all, these electronics are not cheap! They gave him some BS about how it was not the "right part" and that they already ordered the right one ans it would take another 3 days. My husband let a few days pass and called again. This time they said the piece was in and they are working on it. They said it would be ready the following day, but that they would call us once it was ready for pick up. We call them at around 11:30 am, he said that he was "working on it" and that it would be ready. He said they close at 5, but that he lives nearby so he will be workibg after 5pm to finish it if it was not finished. 3 pm, still no call. My husband called again and they said that it was not ready yet. They said that it would take another hour or so. 4:45, still no call, and they close at 5. We called and there was no answer. We drove over to the store, the guy came to show us the new screen and gave us more bs about how the lcd and the screen are glued together so they have to carefully take off the glass. He said he will be at work until the work was completed. He told my husband and i, "i know it says i close at 5, but dont worry. I normally dont do anything on saturdays anyways, so i will be here to finish the job. Give me another hour/hour and half, and call that cell phone number. Ill be here". Come 6:30, no calls back. All my calls and voicemails are being ignored. Finally, i called back around 7:10 and left a voicemail asking why they were ignoring my calls and voicemails. I kindly asked that someone call me back to give me an update. 10 minutes later someone called me on a blocked number with a bs story that the piece they had was defective so the guy had to drive to visalia to pick up another piece. He said the guy was on his way to visalia and got my msg but his phone died and he had to "pull over" to use the payphone to call this guy to go to the office to get my phone number to call me to give me an update. This is total bs because the work order was placed by my husband and his cell phone. My husband never gave them my phone number. He told me to call back in an hour. I called about an hr after and got sent to voicemail. Guys, i caution you all not to go to iGuys. They do not know what the heck they are doing, are liars, and unprofessional. They cant even return a paying customers phone call. If you go here, you will regret it like me... My husband and i honestly think they broke my samsung note and they don't want to tell me so they r making up lies to cover it up.
