Excellent rehabilitation program. Excellent activity program. Very respectful and kind to residents. Nursing care, however, is below par. Nurses can't seem to get all required medications administered as ordered by Doctor. Takes 4-5 days after entrance to get all medications on board, they seem to be very understaffed when it comes to nurses and CNA's. Cna's work hard but there just isn't enough of them to go around during "peak hours" The food is tasty and well-prepares. While special diets are accommodated, it may take time (days or weeks) to get the accommodations right. Facility is incredibly clean and never has urine or other odors that are smelled In other facilities.

After looking at all of the options in Visalia, I placed my grandmother here. The place is clean and doesn't have an odor. The care givers were kind, gentle and sweet. When it came time for her to pass, hospice was called in and she was treated with care and dignity. Highly recommend
My grandma was here and it was very nice. No smell. Caring staff. Living in New Mexico, it was nice to be able to Skpe with her. Rehab worked. She went home!
