Horrible and waste of time! Also a rip off, bought more than 10 pieces of clothing from me for 5$!

I shop at both Twice Upon a Time locations. They have name brands I would not be able to buy my kids if I had to buy new. My daughter loves going here. It's organized and clean. Its nice they have big kids clothing. Good service.

EXTREMELY RUDE from the moment I walked in , snotty and made rude remarks ... brought nice , cute clean clothes , and a skip hop diaper bag used only a few times and an Infantino used once ...after being told to wait for a few min, I waited for an hour, then she told me she was going to give me $4 for the Infantino and 3 outfits. !! Im never setting foot in that place again , that rude employee should be fired! I wish I had her name to complain but I dont, I just know she was wearing gym style clothing and curly locks, tan skin. she said my skiphop diaper bag was dirty but it wasn't, just ridiculous , worst experience , made me soo mad to have wasted my time and gas to go there. I would rate zero stars but I cant submit unless I pick a rating .

35.99$ osiris shoes brand new in box. 40$ diaper bag with tags 40$ little tikes basketball hoop 30$ new eara fitted hat they offered me 10$ bucks for everything I couldn't believe it. I understand that they need to make money too but they are a rip off!!!!! I went to pick up my items and they accidently left the twice upon a time price tag on the basketball hoop they wore trying to sell that alone for 17.99$ but only gave me a 10$ check. when I got home I posted my items on Craigslist and I sold everything for 40$ twice upon a time is a rip off. everything is over priced for a consignment store. on top of that the employees are not very friendly and I felt like I was ignored I will never go back btw they only offered me 12$ bucks store credit

This store is stupid! I took a bucket of nice almost new clothes and all they wanted was my daughters brand new boots and the clothes with the tags and wanted to give me 17$ in a check i laughed and told them by the time i cash it they take money out and im left with 15 i thought it was half of what they sell it for. They didnt like what i took i bet it was better then the ugly clothes they had there. Not satified at all!!!! Dont go and try to sell them anything waist of time

The store is cute and very full of adorable kids clothes BUT the employees are rude,they told me something different over the telephone,and I left feeling like they were nothing but a rip off and a scam.I took the time to clean,separate by size,and match any sets together.I took six boxes of baby and kids wear plus other things like baby monitors,swings,walker and car seat plus bedding.They ask you to leave your items and they will call you in a couple of hours,with their decision.Well two and a half hours later they call,we go down and they tell us they do not want any of it because it smells like like smoke.Okay,maybe so but if the first box smelled of smoke,why continue to the six boxes? And why,after asking for them to be separated are they going to mix them up? "Condensing them down",is how they put it and this was their reason for one full box being empty when I returned. This consignment shop of used clothing is too high priced,their employees rude and I don't feel they were being honest about the empty box. If you do decide to sell there I would suggest counting each piece and having a complete list of what you leave behind.I am now re-sorting clothes and recounting them to match my list.I will let you know what happens next.For myself,I know I will NOT consider shopping or referring anyone to Twice Upon A Time.I wish I would have read these reviews before going down there,it would have saved me hours of my time and gas too!!!

Its a typical Consignment store I do agree it maybe a bit over priced but not too bad I got a couple good brand name tops and bottoms Owner is very nice but the employees are rude and unfriendly

I needed to pay my gas bill and saw twice upon a time I had my best friend with me the line was long at the gas company so I told her to go ahead she walked back 10mins later nearly in tears. She told me they didn't acknowledge her and then proceeded to follow her as if she was trying to steal!!!!!! She is African American. I honesty couldn't believe it because the lady that was doing this was Hispanic. So I decided to go in and see for myself I went in 1st this time the lady was nice and greeted me with a smile I'm white. I looked around (BTW) i didn't like anything they had. A Hispanic lady walked in and they spoke very kindly to each other. My friend walked in again but we played it off that we didn't know each other. She was right they did not say a word to her they just followed her around I'm not trying to bad mouth them I hate even having to write this review I hope this was an isolated mistake

Shady buying practices and WAY overpriced. I feel like they want to be a boutique instead of a consignment store. I was completely looking forward to them opening as I have had lots of great experiences with children's consignment stores down south. Sadly after being in the store numerous times and dealing with rude workers AND the owner I will no longer be spending my money there. I would tell all my friends that if they want to shop there cool (their money) but to not "SELL" to them or leave things unattended.
