        I have had a chlorine factory on my pool for 10 years now. Mario comes out on a regular schedule and makes sure everything is running properly even my other pool equipment. Its so nice to not have to deal with all the chemicals, balancing act and all the other junk it takes caring for a pool. Very happy with the chlorine factory and the service.

        the customer service is bad and for parts only place to get any parts for this machine is in Visalia so if you live in the valley it sucks having to drive all the way out there not only that your paying around 3500 for the system an parts are just as bad. so what you save on pool maintenance and supply is what you spend on parts. all I'm saying is think about what your getting into with this unit

        Great customer service

        They installed my chlorine factory when my pool was built. I was very pleased with my salt water system but more than that this company (locally owned) has always been there for me when anything has gone wrong with my pool. even things that had nothing to do with my chlorine factory; like my pump. they've always come to the rescue! they are honest and friendly.
