I’ve been ordering through Lang for years. My customers get lasting quality and made in the USA products.

Defective windows and very poor customer service. I bought a ~$800 garden window from R. Lang. After one winter in the SF Bay Area, the window leaked water. They have a 20 year warranty on the windows we bought but still wasted a lot of our time arguing that this was not covered under the warranty. After a lot of wasted time with their customer service, they finally sent someone out to look at it. It turns out the screws and other metal parts were corroded and they replaced the small number of parts. A few years later, we could not open the two side windows. It looked like the same corrosion problem with metal parts in the lever that opens the window. Again, we wasted a lot of time with R. Lang customer service and they told us they would only come out for service if we signed a form agreeing to pay for the service visit if the problem was not within the warranty. Conclusion: Don’t buy these windows from this company. The windows are defective and they don’t take responsibility for fixing them.
