        Service ABOVE & BEYOND

        I had problems with my air conditioner on a Friday around noon, and after calling several repair places to no avail, I reached American Inc. They said that they could have someone out to look at it, by late that afternoon... The repairman (Joe I think his name was) got here about 4:30pm, he was courteous and professional, and worked (clearly after hours) into the night, to get my air conditioner fixed. This was important (at least to me), since it had been 100 degree's that day, and was going to be 100+ degree's all weekend long!!! This would not have only been miserable for me, but it might have even been a health issue for my 86 year old Mother that I take care of. So, due to their OUTSTANDING work ethic's, and their commitment to stay until the job was done, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Incorporated, to anyone, that may need repair or any of their other services, without question! Thank you Jamie, Michelle, Scott, and Joe for a job well done! For this company it was (no pun intended) "No Sweat!" LOL!! Sincerely, M.P.
