I met with Dan the owner of TLD Auto Service, with intent to have routine radiator hoses, thermostat, and radiator flush completed. After meeting with Dan, if was extremely obvious not only is he Toyota Master Technician, but just as important a down to earth honest businessman, who understands the true meaning of quality service. On dropping off our 2004 Avalon with 204K miles. Not only did we have Dan complete the cooling system service. I asked Dan to keep me updated on any other maintenance aspect he may come across during his service. Dan sent text messages with photos, pointing out parts suggested for replacement and with some parts even included a side by side photo of our current part compared to an OEM new part. He even sent a photo showing the condition of the oil as it was draining out of the pan. Who does that! For 40 plus years, like everyone else, we'd receive a call from the dealership or auto shop telling us what may need to be replaced and not being there to see first hand, we'd typically give them the approval to change it out. I love this interaction during a service call. Dan had the engine compartment detailed, with outstanding results. The throttle body was cleaned, having seen a before and after photos, he adjusted the parking brake at no charge, and I did approve to have the AC serviced for Freon and compressor oil, which hadn't been done in over 4 years. Can't say enough about the quality of service and final results at an exceptionally fair price compared to what I've previously paid for the same service. There is no question that I'll be bringing my current and future Toyota/s to Dan for service. I wouldn't take the time to write this review if it wasn't warranted. Misdiagnosed electrical drain on my battery. Out of pocket around $1,000 later, take it home and still will not start. Take it back, re-diagnose as a defective factory installed radio, which apparently was correct. Get it back with $1000 of work and parts I did not need, and a vehicle without a working radio. Asked for relief in splitting the cost of a new radio installed ($340) and was laughed at.
My husband over heated he's car and had to have a lot of work done. Long story short Luis and hes two other employees were prompted, caring and understanding about our needs to get our car running. I will recommend my friends and family to them forsure.

Bad auto shop!!!! Had a horrible experience, took my car to get headlight problem fix, they charged me and NEVER fixed problem. Later had another issue and took car back and owner wouldn't work on it because he claimed i gave him 1 star on survey. Horrible service!!!!!

Horrible. They took over a damn month to fix one sensor and I got the car back with a heck engine light and dead battery. Owner is a fraud and liar.
