Why do they list a phone number if they never answer the phone? Amazon should stop using their incompetent services. They where supposed to deliver a package to my house, didn't but said they left a notice. However, no notice was left, and guess what now they can't find my package, and you know who they say is at fault? Me! Because I wasn't at the house they tried to deliver the package to! Note while I was at home, it was supposed to be a leave at door, no signature required package. Incompetent is level these schmucks can only hope to achieve.

I received my son's Senior Graduation pictures today in the mail. The large white envelope plainly states "YOUR PORTRAITS ENCLOSED DO NOT BEND" So instead of the mail deliverer leaving the envelope at the door, he bends the envelope and puts it in the mailbox. So now I have to go out to a photo store and try to get the crease out of the portrait. The individual that was in the truck was a stocky, bald headed man on truck number 0227223 (Sept 13, 2016). I confronted the driver and "Thanked" him for ruining my son's photo. He didn't have anything to say, I told him I was filing a complaint. Which leads to the second problem. I tried calling the Delivery Supervisor for the last hour straight at 757-486-8655, and have gotten nothing but a busy tone. So I guess they don't wish to answer their phones. I wish I could give a NEGATIVE STAR rating, but that's not possible. Very disappointed with the professionalism and lack of respect towards their customers.
Almost 5 weeks now and still waiting for the keys for my mailbox..I talk to some mail man they said it take that long to have the key done..I went to the post office every week and the employees keep asking me the address and mail box # so I wrote it 3 time.. And still don't get my keysI ask for the Manager and waited for 15 min I didn't see the manager and I left very frustrated ..This is the 5 weeks and 3 day .. Try to call but the phone is busy from 8 to 5. Trying to call everyday.. No luck ..
I had 2 birthday cards sent to the same place at the same time one with cash (I know, my ignorance) one made it in 7 days the other has yet to make it....can you guess which one..yep, the one with cash....I am very upset and realize there is no way to track it.....what is wrong with people any more!!!!!!!!
People have attitudes. They also put someone else's mail to your mail box. Lost 2 packages that I've sent to Hong Kong which cost almost $160. Sometimes I would rather go to the one at Laskin Road.
Ever since they posted that 1-877 phone number, it's been bad since then. I cannot get in touch with a live person with that 1-877 number, the automated system keeps on being like a "bouncer" trying to prevent me to from talking to a customer service agent.
My delivery person is so incompetent and lazy that, rather than get out of his/her truck to deliver a package he/she left it on top of the structure surrounding my mailbox. It has been pouring rain and the paper back music scores I special ordered are ruined. Rain nor snow nor sleet...my foot! You should be ashamed of yourself, you who "serve" Great Neck Pines! One star is too generous!!
Can't get on their website as it directs you to something else. How can we buy from you if your website doesn't work????
I went in for Passport issue on a Monday, a sign on the front door stated they were full and to come back on Tuesday at 0745. I arrived at 0740 on Tuesday and after standing in line for 10 minutes someone came out and posted a sign stating they would not be doing Passport appointment due to taxes. I asked to speak to a supervisor to which the man replied I needed an appointment. I told him I would like to schedule an appointment and he went into the back office area. When he came back out he said the postmaster was on the phone to which I responded "I will standby." After about 15 minutes another lady came out of the back office and I asked her about the postmaster she didn't seem to really care and went about opening up the locked cages. She returned after around 5 minutes and said I needed an appointment so I said "I'd like to make an appointment". She then told me I cannot make a appointment. "So I can't see the postmaster and I can't make an appointment to see the postmaster?" "Is this dude The Wizard of Oz or something?" She then gave me the 1-800-ASK-USPS and said to call to talk to someone if I wanted. I filed a complaint and I'm currently awaiting a call back from Oz.
I went on Viking Dr on 03/18 to send a small package out of state, and lady who was assisting me (her name is Michelle) had very poor customer service. She didnt greet me at all, no smile, and didnt ask any questions regarding how my package needs to be send. She just assumed that I would send it the regular mail which was true Luckily, I could see the price on signature pad in front of me. I usually go to Witchduck PO, but that day it was more convinient for me to stop by PO on Viking Dr. While she was processing my request, I kept thinking about customer service at the Witchduck PO where everybody is so pleasant and make you feel welcome. It felt awkward, but didn't let her to screw up my day since I was able to run errand on my lunch break. I looked around and another employee who was helping a lady beside me was so nice and was able to make a connection with customer. I even made a comment how happy I am to be able to send a package for my cousins right on time before Easter. She just looked at me with her stoic face, and I was like....Wow! What uncomfortable feeling! I am working in banking business for over 12 years, and trying to give my customers 100%, and this was disgusting. If somebody doesn't feel like working or providing a right service, then that person shouldn't work with customers. Maybe, somewhere in the back... Its so many people without job these days, and after we get treatment like this we can only ask ourselves how can this happen??? How long we are going to tolerate it? The only reason I didnt say anything is because that I would get to upset and emotional, and I couldnt deal with it that day. She just processed my transaction, and didnt even ask me if she can help with anything else. She was just expecting me to disappear from her window when I got my receipt.... That's why I thanked her and wished her a nice day with a smile! :) I definetely shared my story with co-workers after lunch break.
