Recently bought a Ford Taurus car from a wholesale dealer who works here named Zach. We saw the car online and liked what we saw in the pics and description so we gave him a call. He knew everything about the car and was very informed. Didn't pressure us like all the other dealers did. A couple days later after looking at other vehicles we set up an appointment with him to test drive the Taurus. When we arrived we were surprised to see he was a younger guy. After showing us the features of the vehicle he gave us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive. We asked if we could take it to our mechanic and he said no problem. After our mechanic checked it over he told us that it was a solid car and didn't have any issues. We also liked that he was completely honest about the condition of the car, even pointing out a minor scratch and parking lot ding that I expected. When we got back we told him that we wanted to purchase the car and I made him an offer below asking price. He told me that he does not negotiate.....but the car was priced at wholesale value already so we went ahead and purchased it anyways. He was super relaxed and didn't pressure us at all to make a purchase. He walked-us through all of the paperwork and gave us 30-day tags and didn't charge us the processing fee (the first car dealer I've met that doesn't tack on a bunch of nonsense hidden fees)! We drove off completely satisfied with our purchase. Two weeks later the battery on the car died in our driveway. I kind of expected this because after all it was a used car and things like this happen either way. My husband called him and informed him, and with no questions asked he came to our driveway an hour later with a brand new top of the line battery and installed it for us on the spot. My husband tried to pay him for the battery but he refused, and said it was on him. This is what sealed the deal.....finally a dealer that took care of their customers AFTER they made a purchase! I have recommended Zach to all of my friends and family looking for a car, and will definitely buy again from him in the future. Thanks again for a great car and a great buying experience Zach!

There are only three Subaru dealers in this area. There are two in Virginia Beach/Norfolk. We stopped at the other one first, and we weren't pleased with the salesman. They only had the basic, basic model on the lot, and he didn't seem to care if we wanted to buy a car or not,. So, then we drove over to your place. Lynn is great! She's very nice, very personable, very informative. When we came to pick up the car she went through everything with me; she programmed anything that needed programming. I think it was her own personal car that she showed us first. She had a few more bells and whistles on her car than what I wanted on mine. I made sure we only wanted to deal with Lynn. The finance manager, Arsenio is very nice. And I have to admit, he was a lot of fun. When you're making such a big purchase it's good to laugh a little bit. I love our Forester. Our other car is a 2002 Mustang; we hadn't bought anything since that car. The Forester handles a lot sportier than I thought it would. I like it a lot more than the Mustang. I'm the only one who drives it. I told my husband he could drive it, but he says no, it's my car. Actually, I'm glad; he would be harder on my car than I am. It's just me, my momma and my husband and the car fits us perfectly.

Ray was extremely patient with us and answered every one of my million questions. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him and we never felt pressured to make any decisions. Here was the closest dealership to where we live. We met the sales manager in February, and he seemed sincere and knowledgeable, so we decided that's where we would go. Lynn was very helpful and very informative, both when buying the car and when we came to pick it up. She showed us some features on the radio, and even pre-set some things for us. The process with the signing went so fast, I didn't even notice that until a few days later when I was reading all the papers. We are really enjoying the car. We plan on driving it for at least ten years, preferably closer to twenty. It was a good experience.
I was referred to RK Subaru by my brother-in-law. He told me about Lynn, his salesperson. He was right. Lynn is the greatest salesperson I have ever met. She is so nice, but she's totally knowledgeable. I was treated like a valued customer. Financing explained everything I needed, but didn't take all day. It was easy, very professional. I will come back when I buy my next car!
I have bought numerous cars from Premier Auto Brokers and have been very satisfied with each purchase. If they did not have what I was looking for at the time they went out of their way to find the car I wanted and pick it up for me with in a day or 2 . I have recommended them to family and friends. Very Satisfied.
