Labs to go is excellent. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism in my first visit. They were excellent in answering my questions and responding to me quickly and efficiently.
I have been suffering for almost 2 years from back pain after an accident. Since I have been at Thrive Proactive Health I have learned why I have not yet recover. The education and services provided are top notch and extremely valuable since the team of professionals involve the patient into decision making and accountability. I needed that to see results and improvements were soon to be noted. I have been able to return to exercising and my pain has drastically decreased in just 6 weeks.
Trena really opened my eyes to how the water you drink can impact your health. I tell all my friends now about ionized water, especially those with health issues. Its amazing what a difference it can make in how you sleep and how much energy you have. I'm a believer.Rob P

This company was FANTASTIC! From the moment I called to the moment they left me & my family were put at ease. I was frantic when I discovered lice on my daughters head. My friends highly recommended PALS and I called right away. I was so surprised to actually get someone so late at night. Julie calmed me down shared with me what to do over night so I could rest until a tech arrived at 7am. I was so relieved to find a service out there like this. They are so informative, patient and kind and super affordable! They took my FSA card - bonus! If you find yourself dealing with lice, give PALS a call before you do anything else, you'll be VERY glad you did!
I would NOT recommend Labs to Go. They do not answer their phone calls, they do not call you back, and have not done what they said they would do. We had a DNA test done on a Friday. The following Friday we still don't have results and they are not returning our calls.
Provided EXCELLENT customer service. The photo shop staff/mgmt were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Let me just tell you how amazing this company is....Tonight I discovered my 11 year old had lice so frantically I search the Internet and this is the first company to show up so I called them at 8:30 pm and she said 'let me make some calls and I'll get back to you tonight to see if I have anyone available to help'...fast forward 10 min, I now have a wonderful nit nurse en route to my house to treat my daughter who's hair is extremely thick and long, Alisha SAVED THE DAY, not only did my 11 year old have bugs but also my 4 year old (very little amount thank goodness) she checked everyone in the house and treated my 2 girls and we are BUG FREE wooohoooo!! I can't thank this Lets Be PALS enough for coming to the rescue last minute bc I was not ready to sit there for hours and wonder if I got them all out! I will use their services if this happens in the future which is highly likely having school age kids! Thank you again so very much! Lifesaver!!Your Pal,Taryn
Want to thank Julie for her service she sent a wonderful person to our home who did a perfect job we had been dealing with this for a while now now I'll never do it myself again cheaper and better to call p.a.l.s love the service and products
They called us to schedule an appoint to come out to the house to do routine maintenance on the CPAP machine. They could tell us the date, but they could not give an idea of the time. They could not even give us an idea if it was going to be morning or afternoon. They never showed up. We called twice and we were assured the guy was going to be there. Find out today that we were not on the list. Now, remember THEY called us to schedule the appointment. you would think that when we called at 11:30am - they could have told us that we were not on the list. And when we called back at 4pm.. But they never really checked. Wasted an entire day of our time. So if you get your equipment from these folks and need to make an appointment - know that nobody follows up, so you need to stay on top of it. Call back and confirm the day before. And make them really check.
