I have bought numerous cars from Premier Auto Brokers and have been very satisfied with each purchase. If they did not have what I was looking for at the time they went out of their way to find the car I wanted and pick it up for me with in a day or 2 . I have recommended them to family and friends. If zero stars was an option thats what i would rate carmax, since i bought my car i have have an issue with the service department. They are very poor when it comes to proffesionalism as well as customer service skills. I went so far as to sell my car so i would not have to deal with them anymore. I strongly sugest to anyone that will listen do not i repeat do not send your buisness to carmax! Save your self the heart ache.
Service Dept's work is horrible:* Replacement of weather strip for hood. ¥ mysteriously damaged requiring replacement ¥ installation of strip caused damage to several plastic & painted parts within engine bay•Rattling sound right front of dashboard * 3 out of 4 technicians couldn't hear the sound and after 3 return visits, was validated by the service manager¥Cause was a broken hood vent which broke and was trapped within the hood and heat cover. ¥ Repair severely scratched hood & paint is marred Cover is now missing 1 screw cap • Pricing of parts and labor ($300.00+ replacement of four tires) • Charging for work that was never done 32000 mile maintenance. No windshield washer fluid or?¥ Recall on air bag assembly. Air bag could accidentally deploy during normal vehicle operation. No loaner vehicle approved; no part available 1 mo.¥ Continuous loss of air pressure in tires
This has been the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone has been polite, honest (which a quality rarely found in the car market) and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.
We have nothing but great things to say about RK Subaru! Ray Phifer and the rest of the RK team went above and beyond to give us an amazing car buying experience. Ray was extremely patient with us and answered every one of my million questions. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him and we never felt pressured to make any decisions. I had always heard that Subaru is known for their great customer service and RK Subaru definitely exemplifies that. I even got the "new car bow" and special moment that I had hoped for! Terrible service and the owner was rude and disrespectful.. Sells cars that done even work or are fixed just to get through Test drive. Never will I recomend this place to someone.
I went for an interview and arrived half and hour early. Informed the receptionist I was there, when I first walked in, and was instructed to sit down and wait. Waited fifteen minutes after the scheduled interview time, waiting a total of 45 minutes in the lobby, and not a single person told me anything. Got up and walked out. This should tell you all you need to know about their service, they can't even do Interviews at scheduled time. Don't work here, don't go there.
I put my vehicle in the collision center 30 days ago and its still not done. this team works extremely slow . do not use them at all.
The only reason I am giving one star is because it wont let me submit comment with out at least one. This service department should recieve no stars and all other Ford Dealers should be ashamed to be associated with Beach Ford. I brought in my 2012 Ford Focus, I bought it used and KNOWING it had a branded title. My car wouldnt go into reverse and the transmission kept saying failure. I first tried other transmission places because I do NOT have a warranty and I knew dealers are usually more expensive. So approximately 1 1/2 months ago my car was towed to Beach Ford and a few days later I was told they will NOT doing any work on my car because its branded title...REALLLY???... I am a PAYING customer. I only took it to Ford because no one else can fix the new transmission. I told the service department I would sign whatever I needed to have a diagnostics done and was told they would call me back. Today May 5,2014 I called and was told that my car was ready to be picked up! Yeah!! finally!!! I got a ride down there and they gave my keys to an employee to pull my car around. Well... nightmare continues..... there was ABSOLUTELY NO work done on my car and the employee COULD NOT start it because it was not fixed. I went back into service department and waiting for manager about 20 mins, finally he came up and said we don't know whats wrong with it or where to begin... WHAT?!?!?!?!? My car is a Ford and you are a Ford dealer!?!?!? Now they tell me they will have a tech look into but its going to be a few days because they are slammed...really????... You have had my car for 1 1/2 months and I am pushed to the side!?!??!? Now I sit and wait for someone (hopefully) to call me and let me know whats wrong with my car. Again I have NO warrranty and I KNOW I will have to pay for work. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND UNDERSTAND NOTHING IS COVERED... I JUST NEED MY CAR FIXED... AND I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR 1 1/2 months and I have a trip coming into two weeks and I have to spend more money renting a vehicle because Ford Service "cant" fix my car! I will leave an update once they call me and IF they call me!!! BS...
The sales personnel is the reason i buy my cars/trucks at Beach Ford and the Service that i have recieved in the past 10 years of owning a Ford has been awesome. Thanks to Tom Best for the service to all my vehicles
