There are a lot of crazy things happening at walmart. You cannot even go into the mens and womens restroom without someone spying on you and your business and your children. That's why the renovators need to build 3 family restrooms for the disabled and handicapped and for people with special needs. Also they are poorly stocked and prices are too high for the low budget. Also personal care and baby items keep on running out every other day and the customer service tries to ignore you about your health problems and your children. If you feel very unconfortable about things please let customer service and the pharmacy counter know about this privacy issue and stocking problems.

We are military and have only lived on the east coast between florida and dc, but usually I favor the local walmart stores over kmart, based mostly on service, a little on price and selection. The service at the Lynn Haven superwalmart sucks, to put it mildly. They never have enough registers open and the ones that are are operated by people who appear to hate their jobs. The lines will be out into the aisles beyond the front end and no other registers are being opened. Employees walk back and forth looking at the lines, but seem to do nothing about it.

Even the friendly hispanic lady at the garden center register is constantly complaining openly in front of customers about people she works with. You can walk down any aisle past stockers and find the same conversatons taking place. They are so into it that you almost have to jump up and down to get their attention. None of them smile. I cant help but wonder what role management is playing in this. Undoubtedly, something needs to change.

In addition, one trip I was there and I spotted a girl, approx 18yo, shopping in only a tshirt and bikini bottoms. No other clothing or shoes. I pointed her out to an employee and he said there was nothing he could do. Isnt that a health code violation?

I have had a great experance with this walmert inside the store and on the phone. All the staff has been so helpful to me. I would like to give a big KUDOS to the paint department, they have been very helpful through a very long and stressful time. We just bought a house the was a "fixer" to say the least and have spent clsoe to $300 on paint and the paint department work with me every step of the way to make the process much more enjoyable. So KEEP up the good work.

I love shopping at the store but when i called them for coustomer service they hung up on me. In my mind I'm thinking that they had me on hold but turns out they were just being lazy. After that I called back and was put on hold for 45 min. Walmart is a good shopping store but whoever hires those crazy coustomer service people needs to be fired. If walmart gives you trouble like it did me please post another comment, together we can do something about this so called star shopping center.
