Robert was great! Our sewer line backed up and started flooding our bathroom.He was so helpful in explaining the options. He even helped us look for the outside sewer opening that was hidden in an overgrown flower bed. When a second person was needed, Chaz showed up as quick as he could from the peninsula to gladly help
I would DEFINITELY use Roto-Rooter and Robert (Chaz also) again for any plumbing and water clean up!!

Came out to help unclog my drains they were backed up and causing my sink and washer drain pipe to spill over and spill water in my garage at 11pm. Great customer service and great work.

Sewer line from house completely stopped flowing. Called and they were there by 8:45 am. They methodically searched the different areas to find the newer sewer line, found and cleared the issue in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Rot-Rooter !!

James McMillian came into our home and was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem we were having and what he would be doing to correct the issue. Had a clogged drain pipe in the tub. I initially tried to unclog it myself with a wire hanger. The wire hanger wound up breaking off in the pipe. After calling roto-rooter, they arrived, got the broken wire hanger out, and cleared the stoppage in my drain in less than 30 minutes. Quick & Professional. A+++++

A few weeks ago we were unfortunate enough to have a complete clogged sewer line. The first plumber to come out was unable to clear the clog. I then called Roto-rooter and Dave #5131, he came out to find the location of the blockage and the route of the line underground. Dave worked all day and into the night (10:00pm) in the cold rain by himself. I can not say enough about Dave's skills, his tenacity and his professionalism. I really felt like he was the star on the TV show "Hidden boss". Dave performed with dedication of a company owner, he truly was our hero with our big messy problem. I can not say enough about him, these days it is hard to find someone with his skill level and get it done attitude. I will always call Roto-Rooter if this type of situation occurs again, and of course request Dave be the one to help us out.

Shawn and his helper from roto-rooter were awesome. They did beyond fixing the problem they took the time to figure out what was causing the issue and suggestions on how to resolve the issue for good.

Had a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink (dual sink w/ disposal on one side). Tried the popular liquid clog remover with no luck. Went out the next morning and purchased a 25' snake auger, but still didn't reach the clog. Frustrated, I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out within the hour. I explained what I had done thus far, Shawn identified the problem and fixed the issue in no time at all. He provided several good tips to help avoid this problem in the future. The fee was a little more than I expected, but then again I haven't needed the services of a good plumber in quite some time. I'm very relieved and satisfied with the service you provided, thank you.

I had some drainage issues with flooding in the home. Setting an appointment online made things a lot easier. My tech (Shawn) was outstanding he was early for the appointment . He was very thorough and explained things very well. He got me up and running very quickly . He also contacted another coworker to have him come out and make sure that I didn’t have any water damage under my floors and behind baseboards that tech was at my house before Shawn was done with his portion. I am glad that they checked for water damage better piece of mind knowing everything is ok. I am very pleased with their work and professional manner. I will definitely use them for all needs in the future as well as recommend to friends and family. Thanks for all your help

They promptly came out and fixed my water heater. It needed a new thermocouple and the tech got this resolved quickly. I was satisfied with their service.
