When choosing a someone to provide a service for you, I feel that customer service is the most important quality. Reitzel far exceeded my expectations for customer service for a roof replacement job. Other companies I tried to get estimates from didn't call me back, or mailed the estimate, and sent someone out without an appointment. Mark was very friendly on the phone and sent someone out the next day. When Ty showed up for the estimate, he talked me through the process that goes into a roof job and types of shingles before he even got on the roof. His estimate was very reasonable and the final job was not more than my estimate. The job took one day as promised. He took the time to explain what everything meant on the estimate so I was clear about it. The deposit was a small reasonable amount, not half and not a large value. When it was all done Mark personally talked to me about the finished job. Mark and his team made me feel like a valued customer! And the work looks great too!

I hired Mark and his crew to repair several leaky windows in my house, and to wrap some exposed wood. Although I felt that they did excellent work, more than a year later two of the windows started to leak again during hurricane Sandy. I placed a telephone call to Mark and with no questions asked he responded immediately by coming out to inspect the windows. A few days later his crew came out on a Sunday, removed the siding and repaired the window at no cost. I was impressed with Mark during his initial work, but now I am sold on him and his company. Reitzel Home Improvement Rarely am I impressed with a subcontractors work on my home, but Reitzel Home Improvement is a welcome exception. Marcs team is clearly superb in all respects: they all hold multiple advance certifications with emphasis on cutting edge technology and they are all highly professionalresponsive (their speedy response and accurate diagnosis probably saved us $1000 in additional costs), unfailingly courteous, honest, and clear. Their work, which is of the highest quality, is reasonably priced (including senior discounts), and they went from first look to completed repair in less than 48 hours (several other contractors could not even complete diagnosis and estimate by then). Marc has proven (once again) that he can deliver the goods. The work was done quickly and well. Any issues - and with home improvements there are some - were handled properly with no complaints or attitude. He completed the roof and siding within the time he specified, even though the siding was specially ordered. He is definitely worth the time and money.

I removed some old decking from the house I recently bought and needed some siding repairs done. Most of the contractors I called wouldn't even consider a repair. Many never returned calls. One came out to estimate repairs, but when he got here, said they didn't do repairs and tried to sell me a whole house of siding. Mark Reitzel came out and knew from just looking at my siding who the manufacturer was. He quoted me a really reasonable price, came back in just a few days to do the job and knocked it out of the park! You can hardly notice anything was done. The siding matches almost perfectly.. even to siding that was installed 12 years ago. Hire these guys! You won't be sorry. They're very professional, personable and are creative problem solvers. I'm going to hire them to do some gutter and roof fixes for me soon.

I called this company for an estimate to do my roof. I spoke to Mr Reitzel on the phone. He was very professional and he came on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that would need to be done and he was even honest enough to tell me things I did not need in case other estimates tried to charge me for. I hired him for the work. He came out and in one day I had a gorgeous new roof. His price was very reasonable and the work was top quality!! I'm keeping him in mind when it's time for new windows!
