Mullins and Company Concrete has been specializing in Concrete work in the Hampton Roads Area since 1996. Our jobs are Owner supervised which is what makes us different from most Concrete companies. We take pride in our work and make sure the job is done right the first time. We are a Member of Tidewater Builders Association (TBA). We are also a state licensed Class A builder.
