        Overall

        Recently my 3-1/2 year old unit went down so I called a new company because I have been dissatisfied with the company that installed...



        I called MSCO!!! They scheduled my service call around my schedule. the technician diagnosed it as a bad board and made a temporary repair in order to keep us warm until they could get the part. Turns out the system that the other company installed was older then 3-1/2 years, the board was not available and the original company never registered the warranty. They sent out a consultant to discuss my options; he was very knowledgeable and and never pressured me. I opted to go with a new Trane system. MSCO installed the new package system and even made some minor repairs to my duct system!



        To sum everything up... Everyone I talked to from the office personnel, the technician, the consultant and the installation crew were polite and professional. I could tell I was dealing with a company that knew that customer service is the most valuable asset.
