Mill Dam Dental Care

I wish I'd researched Mill Dam first. I see mostly poor reviews and even 2 sanctions against Dr. Leidy. Anyway, I told their receptionist I needed a dentist experienced with the effects of "BISPHOSPHONATES." She kept correcting me with "BIPHOSPHATE" -- which is INCORRECT! She didn't smile and was rather unfriendly. When I asked Dr. Leidy if he was experienced with bisphosphonate effects, he kind of looked up and quoted some general information about it. Not very reassuring. The receptionist gave me a form that said they would help me with the financing paperwork, which I took to mean they would do in their office at some point. When I returned to have the work done, she said I should have had the financing set up already, and the 15 minutes I took to set it up cut into my appointment requiring a second day to do the work. They were not accommodating at all. Another woman behind the counter even said it was "common sense" to have it set up already! I took my business and $1400 elsewhere!
