The 2 girls working the desk are clueless and Rude. However, they are the bright spot compared to the guys "working" on the cars. Every time I was there over the 3 days they had my car I saw 3 guys working but only 1 car in the shop at a time. My service was poor quality and I suspect it was not even needed. They found "problems" based on a State inspection and I was foolish enough to not get a second opinion.

Didn't return my old tire as requested. I guess they just made some extra profit by selling my used tire to someone else.I had previously had a wreck with a punctured tire sidewall, so my front tires didn't match each other, but the odd one still had good tread. So when I got them to install another front tire to match the one that had gotten punctured, I asked them to leave the removed one in the bed of my pickup, so I could take it home to get re-installed later if I needed it. They said okay. But by the time I'd left and made another stop and thought to look in the bed, which I can't see from inside the cab due to my tool box, they had closed that Sunday evening. I had to go out-of-town again the next morning for another week. As hard as it is to get them on the phone - they put you on hold and then don't come back - I didn't bother trying to get them to find the old tire the next day and hold onto it for a week. It was probably a whole different crew working weekdays, anyway. Mistake - on purpose - the result was the same. They didn't do what they promised, and now it will cost me money down the road.
