        We pay PITI payments and today received our County Tax Bill, called LoanCare customer service (CS), and was given an incorrect email address to send the bill to. We called back, to get the correct email address, was told we didn't have to send the tax bill (ok, no problem), but in our discussions the second customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us. So, the "conversation being recorded for training purposes," obviously is not listened to by Supervisors as the first CS rep didn't know her job and the second was rude. This is a new mortgage servicer, as our loan was sold and, so far, I am not happy.
