Frankie's Place for Ribs

I like their bbq sauce though. The ribs was ok. It's a bit dry. My disappointment was first the reception we got from this fat man that was standing by the door where I believe, he suppose to greet customers (that's giving him business) with a smile no matter what color they are! Anyway, he just stood there like a humongous statue with his hands on his fat chin. But because I already planned to visit his establishment and on top of that I was really craving for a "good" ribs and it was our first time there, we decided to stay. First the waiter was hmmm, didn't tell us the soup was complimentary (found out later on when placing the order and decided I don't want anymore). Then he didn't come back to check on us. Here comes paying the bill time, he took forever to get the check and again took forever to give me my receipt. Just wasted my time (not even the money) going there. I'm more upset about the RECEPTION and the SERVICE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Never coming back there at all nor will recommend it to others.

This place has the best baby back ribs in the region - every time.

I went there on Sunday with my husband and mother and have never been serviced worse in my life. It wasn't busy which i was surprised to see but we ended up waiting for about 5 minutes for the waitress to even come by to welcome us and ask for our drinks. Then we didn't see her for 20 more minutes and had to find her ourselves to ask for our drinks. Finally she brought them to us and took our order and then again we didn't see her for 20 more minutes before we saw her again with our food. We were there a total of 1 hour before she even refilled our drinks only because she came by to drop of our food and saw empty cups. It was very displeasing when we found our food room temp and our "fresh" bread cold. Then we didn't see our waitress again until she brought the bill 20 minutes later "AGAIN". I will not go back to Frankie's again and this is very sad because we have been there many times before and have never had this problem before. The worst part is that we never got an apology from our waitress and only got one from the hostess as we were leaving the restaurant 2 hours later. I hope if anyone decides to go after reading this that you will not experience this kind of service.

Really good food and great service.

The waitress was polite, professional, and patient.

While they supplied the usual wet naps, the ribs were so tender a fork was all that was needed to lift the meat off the bones. The flavor was good enough to make an old southerner like myself to be glad we stopped in for lunch.
