        Overall

        Almost one year since our walk thru on our new home. Still waiting for Everest to fix things on our first check. UPDATE: Everest has worked diligently on our our check list and has fixed nearly everything that could be fixed: with the exception of some outside concrete work. This could not be completed due to the extreme winter we have experienced. I am confident that they will resolve this last issue.
