Davis Car Care and Tire Center

Took car in for tire balance, left with 4 broken center caps and out of balance tires. Returned stating that I now had bad vibrations, they said all 3 U-joints were bad so they replaced them. The vibration is still there and they obviously never road tested it. I called back and left a voicemail that my problem persist and I need it corrected, never received a call back. These are the type of mechanics that require fixing and replacing everything to get one thing corrected and can't diagnose anything let alone fix it. Not recommended.

I went there for a state inspection and was offered an oil change; I guess I should have asked what it would cost , as when I returned I was hit with a whopping bill of $67! I asked why so much as the web site stated $32.50 and I was told that I did not bring in the coupon (?) and the oli filters had gone way up in price. She did meet me half way and reduce the bill to $57 but its still a shocker. I would have expected this outfit to honor my "unprinted promo" and satisfy me, as this is what establishes customer loyalty, repeat visits and good customer service. I learn my lessons too.

This company goes above and beyond. I took my car to them because I heard a funny sound coming from my tires. Turned out that I needed all 4 new tires changed. This of course was going to be very costly for me. Davis car care worked with me and not only compared prices of tires for me, but quality for the cost as well. They even made sure I left with a good alignment when I hadn't asked for one because I was too important of a customer for them to put 4 new tires on and not get the alignment right away. They are a beyond excellent company, who isn't out for your money, but for the customers. These honest companies are hard to find, I am just so lucky I found them and will be a loyal customer for life. There isn't a better car care company out there.

They ordered the tires fast. They were friendly & thorough. Their waiting room is comfortable. The receptionist was nice. Overall, great customer service!!

Nice people, quality work. My husband brought our car to Davis for the 60k mile service. They beat the dealership estimate by almost $200 for the exact same work and we had the car back in two hours. Five stars.

My Suburban was overheating and it could not have happened at a worse time. The truck was packed and we were about to leave town for Disney. I told my wife to take the truck to Davis Car Care. They had been doing our oil changes and I felt like I had a good relationship with them. When she got there they pulled the car in right away and figured out what was wrong. The thermostat was sticking. The mechanic had it fixed in no time and we were on the road.

They were quick and efficient with each service that was provided and emergency service. They also explained what was wrong with the car in plain terms that I could understand.

I needed tires for my truck because my family was going on a trip. I came to Davis Car Care and found great service. The service adviser Chris was very helpful and explained to me the different tires I choose from and what would be best for me. The guys got my car done on time and it was reasonably priced. I am a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Great find! These guys do excellent work, and they actually care about their customers rather than their bottom line alone. My wife and I have had horrible luck with our vehicles this year, and we've been burned by just about every other shop in the area. We gave these guys a shot and were very impressed. Highly recommended!
